Job Description:
The Hair Beautician / Hair Stylist is responsible for providing a wide range of hair care and styling services to clients. The role includes cutting, coloring, treating, and styling hair while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, professional salon environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hair cutting, trimming, coloring, perming, straightening, and styling services according to client requests.
• Provide hair treatments such as rebonding, keratin, hot oil, and scalp treatments.
• Recommend hairstyles, products, and treatments suitable for clients’ needs and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and salon equipment.
• Stay updated on current beauty trends, techniques, and products.
• Ensure client satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
• Comply with salon safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist in promoting salon services and retail products.
